1. Beef stew in tomato sauce

Ingredients:

— 800 g lean beef

Preparation:

Cook over low heat for about 60 minutes.

5. Beef with Broccoli

Ingredients:

— 150 g beef
— 200 g of broccoli
— 1 tsp.. olive oil
— Soy sauce or salt, pepper

Preparation:

1. The meat rub with salt and spices, wrapped in foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
