It’s crispy on the outside, tender and crumbly on the inside…just melts in your mouth!

Softened butter (230 g )RUB with powdered sugar (100g) until smooth, add 1/4 tsp salt,0.5 tsp vanilla extract(I added 1 g of vanillin), enter the sifted flour(330 g). Quickly knead a soft dough,gathering it into a ball.
Divide the dough into 3 parts,roll every part, «sausage»,2-3 cm in diameter,wrapped in food.wrap and put in freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Lubricate the «sausages» with the beaten egg,roll in sugar,cut into segments 2 cm thick,then transfer the cookies to a baking sheet with parchment and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until light Browning.
