Banana chips


1. The bananas I cut in multirest with a nozzle for large slices. The circles were perfect for drying, time left 15 seconds. Sprinkle the slices with lemon juice, this is to ensure that they are not darkened.
2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and gently mix so that the pieces remained intact, and cinnamon were distributed.
3. Spread the slices in the form multipiece in 1 layer in two layers and put to dry at 90 °C for 45 minutes.
4. Get our chips from multipiece and allow to cool. At first it may seem that they haven’t dosutils, but when cooled they will be crispy. Bon appetit!
