BEEF TONGUE, BAKED WITH SAUCE

 

Ingredients:

— Beef tongue — 100 g
— Mushrooms — 60 g
— Onions — 40 g
— Tomatoes — 70 g
— Dairy cream (33%) — 15 g
— Cheese (Gruyere) — 15 g
— Vegetable oil — to taste
— Salt — to taste

BEEF TONGUE, BAKED WITH SAUCE

Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients. Beef tongue boiled, remove polyanionic. Onions, mushrooms and tomatoes to slice. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
2. In a frying pan with vegetable oil lightly fry the onion.
3. Add the mushrooms.
4. Add the tomatoes.
5. Pour the cream.
6. Stir and boil until thick.
7. Salt and pepper to taste.
8. Beef tongue fry in preheated pan with oil.
9. Spread in an ovenproof serving plate.
10. On top lay a creamy mushroom sauce.
11. Sprinkle with grated cheese and send in the preheated oven. Bake until Golden brown.
