— 150 g of buckwheat
— 2 eggs
— 2 onions
— 200 grams of tomato sauce
— Salt and pepper — to taste
— Flour for breading
— Vegetable oil for frying


1. Buckwheat sort, wash. Pour in boiling salted water and boil until tender. Cool.
2. Meat mince one bulb.
3. Add minced egg, salt and pepper to taste, knead thoroughly.
4. Connect the ground beef with buckwheat, mix well again.
5. From the molded minced cutlets, breaded in flour and fry obtained Grechanik in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown (as the photo).
6. Second onion cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
7. Pour the tomato sauce and warm. Domestic tomato sauce can be replaced with purchased tomato sauce or tomato paste diluted with water in ratio 1: 1.
8. In a frying pan with the sauce put Grechanik, cover and cook until ready on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
9. Grechanik prepared for this recipe, produced delicious, hearty and very tasty.
