Cake «Eskimo»

 

But it does not have to wait for another birthday or something to pamper yourself and your loved ones. For example, to finish a regular family dinner a wonderful surprise in the form of delicious cake «Eskimo».

Ingredients:

For the dough:
4 eggs (to separate whites from yolks)
1 Cup sugar
10 tbsp cold water
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 tsp soda
1 Cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla
For the cream:
1 Cup sugar
3 tbsp. flour with a slide
2 eggs
vanilla
1 Cup warm milk
250g butter
For the glaze:
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp sour cream
50g butterCake "Eskimo"

Preparation:

1. Eggs – separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins beat well, set aside.
2. 4 yolks to combine with 1 Cup of sugar – beat until white.
3. Add to whipped the egg yolks with the sugar ½ tsp baking powder, 10 table. L. cold water, vanilla, 1 tbsp with slide cocoa, slowly stirring add the beaten egg whites.
4. Gently stirring portions add 1 Cup of flour.
5. Long weight not to interfere.
6. Form grease with oil, pour the batter, flatten.
7. Several times to knock the completed test form on the table, put in a preheated to 180*C oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes or until the samples on dry splinter.

Cream:
1. In a saucepan, mix 2 eggs, 1 Cup sugar and 3 table. L. flour with a slide – beat well with a mixer add 1 Cup of warm milk., stir and put on medium heat.
2. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil (after the appearance of the first bubbles, hold for 1 min). Remove from the heat.
3. Cool!
4. Separately whip the soft butter (250g) with the vanilla, then, whisking constantly, spoon add the cooled custard a lot.

Glaze:
Mix 2 table. L. sugar + 2 table. L. cocoa powder and 2 table .l. cream. Put on fire and cook stirring constantly until boiling. Remove from heat and add butter, mix well to get a smooth, shiny mass to cool a bit until warm.

Build:
1. On the cooled cake to put all the cream, flatten and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Then remove the top and pour the glaze, to level and put the cake in the fridge.
