●Chicken — 4 pieces
●Mushrooms (fresh or frozen ) — 200 g
●Cheese — 4 tbsp
●Onion (medium) — 1 piece
●Salt (to taste)
●Black pepper (ground to taste)
●Vegetable oil — 100 g
●Sour cream — 200 g
●Garlic — 5 tooth.

Breast repel, salt and pepper. The mushrooms and onions finely chop, fry in a frying pan, lightly salt and pepper. Allow to cool. In a bowl, mix sour cream, dill, garlic to make a sauce. On the breast put the mushrooms with onions, sprinkle them with grated cheese,fold rolls, stab with toothpicks and fry in a skillet in oil on both sides until Golden brown.
