Ingredients for 4 servings:

300 g of chicken
1 large avocado
1 small cucumber
1 small sour-sweet apple
4 tbsp natural yoghurt
juice of half a lemon
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Chicken fillet salt and pepper to taste. In a frying pan over medium heat 2 tablespoons warm up vegetable oil.

Put the fillets in the pan and fry on both sides until done, about 6-7 minutes on each side. We passed on to a cutting board and allowed to cool.
