Despite the fact that it is only 20 cm in diameter, its height was about 15 cm. Four cakes, impregnated with Irish Cream syrup, interlaid with chocolate-nut cream, were pulled out to 2.5 kg! If you are a chocolate man, this is your recipe!

Ingredients.
For chocolate cakes
Chocolate dark — 100 gr.
Eggs -5 pcs.
Sugar — 100 gr.
Sugar powder — 75 gr.
Butter — 100 gr.
Vanilla — 1gr.
Flour — 100 gr.
Cocoa powder — 3 tablespoons.
Salt pinch.
Ingredients are given per one cake. I baked two, so you need to take twice as many products.
For a chocolate custard
Yolks from large eggs — 6 pcs.
Sugar — 150 gr.
Cornstarch — 20 gr.
Flour — 30 gr.
Milk — 500ml.
Dark chocolate — 250 gr.
And:
Almond — 100 gr.
Walnuts — 100 gr.
Butter 80 gr.
For syrup
Water — 50 ml.
Sugar — 50 ml.
Syrup Irish Cream — 50 ml.

Preparation:
Make a cake for this recipe.
Allow them to cool completely. It is advisable to let them stay the night.
Cook the sugar syrup, pour in the Irish Cream syrup (or any other).
Prepare the cream. Whisk yolks with 1/3 sugar white-and-white. Add flour and starch and beat again.
Milk bring to a boil with the remaining sugar.
Cautiously stirring, pour the milk into the egg mixture. Now pour the mixture back into the pan and cook over low heat for 2 minutes before thickening.
Hot egg and milk mixture pour into chocolate, broken into pieces.
Stir until the chocolate has completely melted. Allow the cream to cool completely.
Grind the nuts in a blender.
After the cream has cooled, transfer 1/3 part to a separate bowl. Shredded nuts mixed with cream.
In 2/3 part, add butter at room temperature and whisk in a blender for 1-2 minutes. Put it in a cool place and let it stand for 1-2 hours. During this time, the cream will ripen and take a more dense structure.
Assemblage of cake. Cut each cake into two parts. Saturate with syrup.
Layer each layer with cream with nuts.
Now decorate it with the remaining cream according to your desire. When the cake is ready, let it stand in the fridge for 1 hour. Enjoy)
