Original  Chocolate crepes

 

Ingredients:

For the dough:
3 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups of flour
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon Sahara
1 packet of baking powder
salt
vegetable oil
apricots for decoration

For filling:
400 g of cottage cheese
2 tablespoons Sahara
100g raisins

Preparation:

Beat eggs with sugar, salt and 1 cup of milk. Pour 1 cup of flour mixed with baking powder and mix thoroughly. Add the sifted cocoa powder and stir. Add the remaining flour and mix again. Slowly pouring the remaining milk, cook the dough consistency of liquid sour cream.
The frying pan greased with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes with chocolate on both sides.
Raisins rinse, pour hot water and leave for 20 minutes. Drain and mix with cream cheese and sugar. On the edge of the pancake to put a portion of cottage cheese filling and roll the pancake tube. The free edges tie a strip cut from dried apricots, so as to obtain a «candy».
