Cutlets with gravy


600 g minced meat (pork or beef, or in half)
2 medium bulbs onion
1 clove of garlic
1 slice of a loaf
Some cream or milk
1 tbsp. Flour
3 tablespoons Of tomato paste
500 ml of broth or water (broth is preferable)
Oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste

Cutlets with gravy

1. Add the ground loaf soaked in cream, 1 chopped onion, garlic, salt and pepper, mix well.
2. We form cutlets from minced meat, crumble in breadcrumbs and fry from medium heat to a crusty crust, about 7-8 minutes on each side.
3. Transfer the cutlets to the plate. In the pan add the remaining chopped onion and give, stirring, until softness about 5 minutes. Then add flour and fry, stirring, for 1 more minute.
4. Add tomato paste and fry until a sweetish smell appears. Broth with a thin trickle, stirring constantly so that no lumps remain. We put in the sauce cutlets, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and stew under the lid for 10-15 minutes.
