Chicken breast – 200 g
Cucumber – 1 piece
Tomato – 2 pcs
Eggs – 2 pcs
Lettuce – 10
Cheese (best Oltermani 17%, it is less calories)
Olive oil or natural yogurt – to taste

Preparation:
1) chicken breast steamed (because it will be juicier) or boiled, cut into medium-sized pieces.
2) A cucumber, lettuce and tomato to wash, dry.
3) Salad break or coarsely chopped, put in the chicken. Cucumber cut lengthwise and cut into slices. Put it all to the chicken breast and mix well (best hand).
4) Tomato cut into large pieces and add to the salad. Gently mix, so as not to damage the tomatoes.
5) Eggs pre-boil, peel and coarsely chop also. Carefully add to the salad.
6) Season with olive oil / natural yogurt, sprinkle with grated on a fine grater cheese – to taste.
