Ingredients:
Mushrooms — 300 gr.
Onions — 9 pcs.
Lemon — 1/2 pcs.
Salt — 1 tbsp
Ground black pepper — 1 tsp
Olive oil — 2 tbsp
Preparation:
Mushrooms wash and dry. Onions clean. All combine in a saucepan.
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil. You can add spicy herbs.
On a skewer alternately strung mushrooms and onions. And send grilling sufficiently strong heat until tender.
Serve these kebabs with herbs, vegetables.
