2 medium carrots
1 large stalk of celery
1 small onion
Half a lemon
700 g of salmon fillets

Diet Salted salmon with vegetables

The fish fillet is cut into 4 parts.

Carrots cut into circles, celery and onions cut into 4 parts, cut the lemon into thin slices.

We put vegetables and lemon in a saucepan. Pour 1.5 liters of water, salt to taste and bring to a boil on high heat. Reduce the flame to a level just below the average and cook the vegetables under the lid for about 8 minutes.

Put the fish in the stewpan.

Again, cover with a lid and cook until the flesh of the fish is completely matt, about 5 minutes.

We serve salmon with vegetables. If desired, the fillet can be peppered.
