Ingredients :
dry oatmeal 100g
egg white 2 pcs
egg yolk 1 piece
low-fat soft cheese 800g
20 g gelatin
smotrodina 70g (any other berries)
sweetener to taste

Oatmeal grind in a blender, mix the eggs, add the sweetener and mix. The mixture is spread in a thin layer form and put in the oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes. The gelatin is dissolved in water are heated and quenched. 3/4 gelatin water was mixed with cheese and sweetener. The resulting mixture was spread on cooled cake oatmeal and send in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours. On a frozen cheesecake spread the berries and pour the remaining gelatin over water and send in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
