Composition:
2 small beet
2 squid
1 onion
juice of half a lemon
1 sour-sweet apple
1 cucumber
1 stalk of celery
100 g of pineapple
lettuce (number — to taste)
salt and pepper — to taste
low-fat yogurt or sour cream — for refueling

Preparation:
Beets peel and grate.
Squid wash and cut into rings.
Boil them in boiling water for one minute.
Turn off the heat and leave for another 2 minutes.
Then drain and rinse the squid under running cold water, dry with a paper towel.
Add squid to the grated beets and cover with cold water so that water covered the squid and beets.
Leave on for 30-50 minutes.
Then drain the water.
Onions cut into half rings, pour the lemon juice and leave to marinate for a few minutes.
Apple, cucumber and celery cut into cubes
In a dish put lettuce prepared apple, sliced ​​pineapple, cucumber, pickled onions, celery and squid.
Season with salt and pepper. Season with low-fat yogurt or sour cream.
