Oranges — 2 pcs.
Olive oil — 1 tbsp. a spoon
lemon juice — 2 tbsp. spoons
Cashew (chopped) — 2 tbsp. spoons
or roasted pine nuts — 2 tbsp. spoons
Black pepper (ground) — 1 pinch
Salt — 1 pinch

Carrots are clean, wash and grate.
Oranges Peel, remove the membrane and cut into slices.
Nuts with a rolling pin to crush or chop with a knife.
