From one sheet of dough turns 8 squares, 16 pies. Pies are small in size, 2-3 bites, and look nicely. On the same principle you can make cakes with cabbage filling.

For the filling fry the mushrooms with the onions, adding the greens and one tablespoon of sour cream.


1. Roll the dough into rectangular plates, first cut into squares, then into triangles.
2. The dough triangles on the sides to grease with a yolk slightly diluted with water.
3. In the middle of each triangle put a teaspoon of the mushroom filling. Top filling cover with a square of cheese.
4. Now take sharp corners, fold them to direct each other. On the sides press. The middle of the pie and leave open. The cheese will melt and «seal» the pie.
5. Pies put on a baking sheet, top grease yolk. Bake at a temperature of 190*.
