Egg in the sausage


3 long sausages (e.g. Vienna),
3 eggs,
2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise,
butter, vegetable oil for frying,
salad greens and parsley,

Will need two more sticks for Chinese food.


Put the sausage between the sticks and cut into equal segments. Sticks helps to penetrate the sausage through. To fix frankfurters wooden skewers or toothpicks. Eggs to release into a bowl, add mayonnaise, salt and carefully whisk.

In a frying pan with heated butter and oil fry the sausages on one side, flip, pour the egg mixture and cook until ready. Serve on lettuce leaves, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
