Fitness Chicken in a sauce with broccoli and mushrooms

For 100grams — 72 kcal

Chicken fillet — 500 g (cubes)
Broccoli — 500 g
Mushrooms — 250 g
Salt, pepper — to taste

For sauce:
Garlic — 9 g
Ginger — 1 tbsp. L
Olive oil — 2 tsp
Soy sauce — ⅓ ст
Water — 1 st (or chicken broth)
Whole-grain flour — ¼ t

Fitness Chicken in a sauce with broccoli and mushrooms

In a large frying pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon oil. Add chicken, salt and pepper, fry until ready and golden in color. Remove the cooked chicken from the frying pan and set aside. In the same pan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter and add mushrooms. When the mushrooms begin to soften, add broccoli and fry until done. Remove the prepared mushrooms and broccoli from the frying pan and set aside. Add some oil to the frying pan and fry the garlic and ginger until the aroma appears. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients and mix until smooth.
Return the chicken and vegetables to a saucepan, stir until it warms up.
