2 cups of water

Preparation:
1. Squeeze the juice from the grapefruit (in a juicer or in a blender).
2. Pour water, sugar and add mint leaves into a saucepan. Put on the fire, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Sugar will have to dissolve. Pull out the mint leaves, squeeze out all the juices from them and discard the leaves.
3. Mix grapefruit juice and mint-sugar syrup in a blender. Refrigerate and serve to the table.
