• Chinese cabbage
• lettuce leaves
• sticks with crab meat (not to be confused with «crab sticks»!)
• seafood cocktail
• Cherry tomatoes

Fitness «Sea Cocktail» Salad

Cooking method:
1. Chop the Pekinese cabbage and lettuce leaves
2. Cut the cherry tomato
3. Chop sticks with crab meat and, together with tomatoes, put in salad, season with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
4. Fry seafood in olive oil and soy sauce
5. Put the salad on the dish and enter into it hot seafood
