French toast with tomatoes and cheese for breakfast

Ingredients for 1 serving:

— 3 slices of bread, the best on a baguette
— 1 egg
— 2 tablespoons milk
— Half the tomato
— 3 tablespoons grated cheese
— Dill
— salt pepper
— vegetable oil

Preparation:

The egg mixed with milk, chopped dill, salt and pepper. The whole mixture well with a fork or whisk. Bread cut. Put the bread slices in the egg mixture and let it soak well and is put on the stove frying pan with vegetable oil and a good warm up it. Fry the croutons on both sides, if left on the plate a little of the egg mixture, then carefully pour it on top of the toast.
