½ cup oatmeal
1 cup water
2 peeled apples, cut into cubes
¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon Ceylon
2 pitted dates, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

Pour oatmeal into a small saucepan and cover with water, let the mixture boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix with apples, cinnamon and chopped dates. Add a little more water if you want to achieve a more liquid consistency. When the oatmeal and apples well cooked, remove from heat and add walnuts.
