Healthy food slimming. Light green salad

Ingredients:

Salad (mix) — 120g
Avocado — 1 pc.
Pine nut — 50 g
Olive oil — 2 tbsp. l.
Mustard (Dijon) — 1 tsp..
Lemon juice — 1 tsp..
Water — 1 tbsp. l.
Sea salt — to taste
Wine vinegar — 1 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

1. Avocado peel and cut, mix with salad mix in a large bowl.
2. Connect the mustard with olive oil.
3. Pour in the vinegar and lemon juice, salt and mix well.
4. Add 1 tbsp. l. cold boiled water and stir again.
5. Dress the salad and mix.
6. Sprinkle with nuts and serve.
