
300 g turkey breast
2 tbsp. l. olive oil
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
300 g zucchini, zucchini or eggplant
1 cup green beans, fresh or frozen
1 cup cherry tomatoes (can substitute conventional)
0.5 cups of grated cheese (any)
for 0.5 h. l. dried oregano, basil and ground black pepper
salt to taste

All vegetables and turkey breast cut into cubes, finely chop the garlic.
In a frying pan pour the olive oil and warm up.
Add the sliced turkey and fry until it is lightly browned.
Now put in a frying pan the onion and garlic and fry for another minute.
We spread the rest of the vegetables in the pan: courgettes, green beans and tomatoes. Fry for another 5 minutes, until vegetables are softened.
Add the grated cheese, mix well and keep on heat until cheese is melted. Done!
