For the dough:
— One glass of kefir and water;
— 7 cups of flour;
— Tablespoon dry yeast;
— 5 tablespoons vegetable oil (sunflower fragrant);
— Tablespoon sugar;
— Teaspoon salt.

For filling:
— 500 gr. sausages can be two / three types (I smoked and cooked);
— 100 gr. hard cheese;
10-15 pcs. olives;
— Mayonnaise and ketchup — 3-4 Art. spoons;
— 3 tomatoes;
— Large white onion;
— 1 bell pepper.



Cooking Stages:

1) connect yogurt, salt, sugar, oil. Heat the water to 35 degrees (that was warm), add the yeast. When the yeast went up «cap» (5-8 minutes), combine yogurt and yeast water;
2) add the flour (pre-sifted), knead the dough. Cover c / b towel. We are waiting for 40-45 minutes of time. If the kitchen is cold, the dough rise longer — 1.5-2 hours. Landmark — the dough should be doubled;
3) until the dough is suitable, make cuts: sausage cut into «sticks» or «square». Tomatoes cut in half, cut out the ass and cut into thin slices. Onions cut into half rings (I have cut the two parts). Pepper can be cut into strips or or square. Three cheese on a fine grater;
4) the lubricating oil pan, distribute the dough in shape. Apply oil and arms, so that the dough is not stuck to them;
5) slightly sprinkle the dough with black pepper, then lubricates ketchup;
6) lay out a layer of sausage;
7) a layer of peppers and tomatoes;
9) mayonnaise;
10) cheese.
Bake 35-45 minutes a pizza. The temperature in the oven — 200 gr.
