● 30-40 g gelatin
● about 125 ml of water,
● 2 tbsp. tablespoons of boiling water,
● 2 liters of yogurt,
● 100 g of sugar,
● zest of 1/2 lemon
● 1-2 Art. tablespoons rum or brandy (to taste).

Soak gelatin in the cold water, pour boiling water, stir well and pour in the yogurt, whipped with sugar on the steam bath. Season with lemon zest and rum. Pour into bowls, rinse with cold water. You can put on a plate and decorate with liquid chocolate.
