Khachapuri without kneading


200 g of grated hard cheese and sour cream,
100g dill,
2 eggs,
2 tablespoons wheat flour and vegetable oil.
Mix all ingredients until smooth, without whisking. In a skillet heat the vegetable oil, put the mixture with a spoon, smooth, cover and fry for about 5-7min, then gently turn over and fry the second side without cover more 5-7min before browning. Serve these khachapuri can be hot and cold.
