— 4 eggs
— 2 beet
— 1 onion
— 1 herring

Lazy coat

1. Boil the beets, eggs, cool, clean. Eggs cut in half and separate whites from yolks. Beets grate on a coarse grater.
2. The yolks and mash them with a fork, finely chop the onion and half the herring. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mass, season with salt and pepper.
3. Then add the mayonnaise, crushed garlic and some finely chopped greens and stir again.
