Lenten rice with vegetables


Rice — 150 g
Bulgarian pepper — 1 pc.
Carrots — 1 pc.
String beans — 150 g
Peas green (frozen) — 100 g
Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp.
Salt and pepper — to taste

Lenten rice with vegetables


Cooking process

1. Pepper bulgarian and carrots cut into small cubes. String beans cut into smaller pieces.

2. In a frying pan, warm up the vegetable oil. Fry it on chopped vegetables for 15 minutes, stirring.

3. Frozen peas put in a frying pan, NOT defreezing it beforehand. We cook the vegetables for another 5-7 minutes. Salt vegetables to taste.

4. Rice boil in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Ready rice is thrown into a colander and let the water drain.

5. Add the rice in the frying pan to the vegetables, mix all the ingredients.

Lenten rice with vegetables is ready. We serve it both as a main course and as a side dish. Bon Appetit!
