Cabbage Cutlets

Ingredients:
-1 kg of cabbage
-1 onion
-0.5 tbsp. Semolina
-0.5 tbsp. Flour
-2 tooth. Garlic
-green (I have dill)
— Vegetable oil for frying
-breadcrumbs
-Salt to taste
-Species to taste

Cabbage Cutlets

Preparation:
Cut cabbage into 4 parts and weld in salted water for 8-10 minutes.
Throw the cabbage into a colander, pass through a meat grinder and wring out to remove water.

On a small grater, chop the onion and let the garlic through the press garlic.
Dill finely chopped.
Add onions, garlic and greens to the cabbage. Salt, season with spices to taste.

Add flour, semolina, mix thoroughly.
Form from this mass cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil until crispy golden crust.
