Meat casserole

May be repeated with the recipe, but the meat turned out awesome, my friends loved it
Pork tenderloin — 1.5 kg.
Onion medium size — 3 PCs
Tomatoes – 3 PCs.
Cheese – 200 gr.
Marinated mushrooms – 1 Bank
For the sauce:
Butter – 200 gr.
Wheat flour – 3 tablespoons
Milk — 1 literMeat casserole

Meat casserole
Salt, pepper and seasonings to taste
Prepare sauce: melt butter over low heat, add flour, mix thoroughly and then add milk. Meat cut into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and spread on the bottom of the dish. Pour 1/2 of the sauce. Then cut the mushrooms, and sprinkle top of meat with sauce. Cut onion into half rings, and on the dish, and the tomatoes cut into rings and over bow. Fill the whole thing with the remaining half of the sauce and sprinkle the top with grated cheese. Bake 1 hour in the oven at 180 degrees. The meat turned out tender and in its own juice.
