400-500 gr. of meat (I got pork)
potatoes 6-8 medium pieces
mushrooms (number at your option)
1 tomato
1 Bulgarian pepper (can add beans, cauliflower, on your taste).
1 large onion (bulb)
4-5 cloves of garlic
soy sauce 3 tbsp.
your favorite herbs ( I oregano, thyme, dill, fresh can you dry.)

Meat with potatoes in the sleeve

1. Meat wash, dry paper towel. Mushrooms wash and cut into 2 parts. Cut the meat into pieces (about 3*3cm). Shinkuem onions finely or cut into rings, half rings, whatever. Cut the garlic greens (if fresh), tomatoes, peppers or other vegetables.

3. Cover with our meat with mushrooms and leave to marinate for about 30-40 min.

5. When the meat has marinated, turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
6. Add the potatoes to the meat with mushrooms and again stir it carefully.
7. Take «sleeve» for baking, cut off as we need. One end of the dockable. ( I just tie a strong knot).
