Heat the oven to 175 degrees. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan. Throw garlic and cook until clear. Throw in broccoli, red pepper, salt and pepper. Cook for a minute. Pour 2 tablespoons of water, cover with a lid and cook until broccoli is browned. Cool down.
