Ingredients:

Cheese «Mascarpone» — 250 g
The yolk — 1 pc.
Powdered sugar — 60 g
Fresh Strawberry — 250g
Frozen puff dough without yeast — 1 sheet
Mint — 1 sprig

Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Roll out the dough lightly (one way), cut into 6 pieces for two (3-4 parts per person).
3. Put on a baking sheet, prick with a fork across the surface of the cakes. Bake in preheated oven until cooked 190ᵒS 10-15 minutes (to light brown).
4. Cool the cakes.
5. Trim the edges.
6. Whisk whisk or electric mixer (to white) yolk with sugar.
7. Add «mascarpone» and all together a little whip.
8. Wash the strawberries.
9. Cut into slices, leaving a few berries for decoration.
10. Assemble the two cakes, shortcakes streaks of cream and slices of strawberries.
11. The top layer also promazhte cream, garnish with berries and a sprig of mint, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
