Ingredients:
— 4-5 potatoes
— 200 grams of ham
— 2 onions

Preparation:
1. Boil the sliced potatoes. Ham cut into stripes and fry. Onions cut into half rings and fry separately from ham.
2. Mix the ham and onion.
3. Add the potatoes are ready, add salt and pepper and mix gently.
4. Potatoes are a peasant ready.

Preparation:

— 2 chicken breasts / legs or thighs
— 300 grams of mushrooms and oyster mushrooms
— 200 ml. low-fat cream
— 150 ml. water
— 1 tbsp. Spoon flour
— 2 onions
— salt pepper
— 1 tbsp. tablespoon of vegetable oil
— ’25 Butter.

Preparation:
Chicken breasts divided into 2 parts, remove skin and bones, salt and pepper on both sides.
In a pan pour oil, add the butter and heat well.
Put on a hot oil chicken breasts and fry them on both sides for 2-3 minutes. When breast browned, cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and cook for 8-10 minutes more.
When released from the chicken juices run clear, shift breasts on a plate, cover it to keep warm.
Mushrooms washed and cut into thin slices.
Onions finely chop.
In a pan put the onions and shredded mushrooms. Fry.
Add the mushrooms to the onions and flour, fry about 1 minute, then add water and bring to a boil stirring constantly.
Mushroom sauce need to boil for 3 minutes, then add the cream.
Once again, put in a pan with the breast on a plate Skopje juice and cook another 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle with green onions.

Cream Cheese — 500g
Mayonnaise — 3/4 cup
Green onions — 50 g
Spanish olives with paprika — 100 g
Black olives — 250 g
Cheese — 150 g
Pepper — to taste
Crackers — 200 g
Slice the green onions
Cut the green and black olives.
Grate cheese.
Mash cream cheese with mayonnaise.
Add the peppers, onions and olives. Add the grated cheese.
