150g cream (33-35%)
20g butter

Original and tasty “Marquise” cake.

 

Ingredients:
(Cake diameter of 20-22 cm)

Korzh:

250 g butter, room temperature
100 g of egg yolks (about 5 eggs)
85 g sour cream
3/4 tsp soda
1 tablespoon vinegar
400 g of wheat flour (approximately)

Meringue:

150 g protein (about 5 eggs)
Sugar 225 g
150 g walnuts, peeled, roasted + 100 g for decoration

Cream:

500 grams of boiled condensed milk, room temperature
350 g butter, room temperature
2 tablespoons Cocoa (using a)
2 tablespoons cognac
3 tablespoons espresso
