Pasta with mascarpone


Olive oil — 2-3 tbsp. L.
Paste — 210 g
Mascarpone — 110 g
Champignons, chopped — 220 g
Spinach — 120 g
Garlic, squeeze out — 3-4 cloves
Nutmeg — 0.5 pcs.
Grated Parmesan — 0,25 stack.
Salt — to taste
Pepper — to taste

Pasta with mascarpone


1. Boil the al dente paste according to the instructions on the package. Store about ½ cup of water in which it was cooked, for a sauce.
2. Heat the frying pan in olive oil. Fry the garlic for about 30 seconds. Lay the chopped mushrooms and grate the nutmeg, stir (5-7 minutes). If the mushrooms are too dry, add a little olive oil. Spread the spinach and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
3. Add mascarpone, half a cup of water and grated parmesan. Salt and pepper.
4. Put the pasta in the pan and mix thoroughly. Serve with fresh ground pepper and extra parmesan.
