Pie “Banoffi”

Ingredients:

The basis:
Little by cookie – 2.25 cups
Butter – 110
Sugar – 3 tablespoons
Filling:
Melted butter – 110 g
Brown sugar – ½ cup
Vanilla – 2 teaspoons
Condensed milk – 300 ml
Whipped cream – 2 cups
Powdered sugar – 3 tablespoons
Vanilla – 1 tsp
Ripe banana – 4 pieces

Preparation:

Heat oven to 190 degrees. Mix all the ingredients for the base, tamp them at the bottom of the bottom of a round shape. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Totally cool.

Bring to a boil the butter, brown sugar and vanilla, then add condensed milk. Return to medium heat and cook, stirring 3-4 minutes until the mixture darkens. Remove from the heat and pour in the chilled base. Cool and place in refrigerator for 2 hours to cool.
Whisk in a blender until stable peaks of whipped cream with powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Slice the banana delicately and carefully add them to the cream and mix.
Put the cream with bananas on the basis of. Refrigerate for about an hour and serve. Garnish with grated chocolate.
