To prepare you need:
Pork pulp — 700 gr
Kefir-1 glass
Onions — 1 pc
Tomato paste- 1 table spoon
Garlic — 3 cloves
Salt and spices — to taste
Vegetable oil- for frying
Greens — a small bundle

Pork in kefir sauce in a frying pan

Pork pulp is washed and cut into small pieces.
Onions peeled, cut into half rings and fried occasionally, stirring to light golden color, then add kefir, tomato paste and garlic passed through the press to mix, bring to a boil and add chopped pieces of pork, salt and spices.
Then turn off the fire under the frying pan, mix, cover and let it marinate for an hour. And when the hour passes, we turn on the fire again and stew the meat under the lid in a frying pan for 15-20 minutes
