Potato gratin with minced meat and mushrooms

Preparation:

Put the oven to heat up to 190-200 degrees.

Potatoes wash, peel and cut into washers and boil in salt water for literally 5-6 minutes. Drain the water.

Onion cut into squares, mushrooms can be cut arbitrarily. In a pan, heat a little oil, fry until transparent half of the onion. Add the mushrooms and fry it well for 7-8 minutes. At the end add salt and pepper, add some thyme. Mushrooms to spread. In the same pan sauté the remaining onion, add the beef and fry for 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste, salt, pepper, red paprika, mix well and give the cream to boil. Then add in the minced mushrooms and saute all together for a few minutes.
In a baking dish put half of the meat with mushrooms, then place a layer of potatoes and top layer the second half of the mushrooms with the stuffing. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake for about 30 minutes. I baked at just below average. The finished casserole can be sprinkled with herbs.
Bon appetit!
