Potato gratin with minced meat

 

Ingredients:

● 5-6 potatoes,
● 500 grams of meat,
● bulb
● 3 eggs,
● some cheese,

Potato gratin with minced meat

Preparation:

Wash potatoes, peel and boil until tender. To make good mashed potatoes, adding the potatoes butter, a little milk and one raw egg. Onion cut into smaller pieces fry. Add to the onions minced meat and fry well, until almost tender. In a baking dish spread ½ of the mashed potatoes, flatten.

Mashed potatoes put the meat. Over stuffing the second part of the mashed potatoes.
Beat the 2 eggs ( add some cream) and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and greens.
Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
