Roast beef in sauce, meat dish


Beef — 500 g
Onions — 3 pcs.
Pomegranate (large) — 1/2 piece.
Flour — 1 tbsp
Salt — to taste
Beef broth — 200 ml
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Butter — 30 g
Rusk bread — 2 tablespoons
Parsley — to taste
Vinegar (synthetic) — 1 tbsp

Roast beef in sauce, meat dish

1. Cook beef in salted water. Cool, pour the broth, it still is useful. Chop onion rings and fry in vegetable oil until transparent 7-10 minutes.
2. Add the flour and fry until golden brown for 3-5 minutes.
3. Pomegranate wash, peel.
4.Dobavit grenades to the onions. Add a tablespoon of vinegar, pour broth and stew for 10 minutes.
5. Beef cut into small pieces. The shape lay half the sauce, top loose decomposed beef slices. Then pour the rest of the sauce and again to put the remaining pieces of beef.
6. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pour melted butter.
7. Cover with foil and cook for 20 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven. Then remove the foil and cook for 15 minutes until golden brown (you can grill mode). Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Done!
