milk — 250ml
sugar — 2st.l.
dry yeast — 1пакетик (11гр)
butter — 125g (melt)
flour — 350-400g
salt — 1/2H.l.

cottage cheese — 250g
greens — 100g (I have green onion and dill)
boiled chicken — 1pcs (200-250g)
cheese — 100g
salt and ground black pepper

Rustic pizza


1. To prepare the dough.To do this in the bowl mix of 0.5 article warm water (or milk) + 1st.l. flour + 1tbsp.l sugar + yeast. Leave in a warm place for 7-10 minutes so that the dough has risen cap.
2. In a bowl sift the flour, pour warm milk, melted butter and the yeast mixture, add sugar and salt. Put the dough in a warm place for 1-1,5 hours before the increase in volume in 2 times, to press down and leave again for lifting (about 30-40minut).
3. Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll each into a circle about 1cm thick and place on a baking tray lined with parchment (circles are obtained with a diameter of about 28cm, in my pan is placed only 1, so baked in 2 times).
4. To prepare the filling.Greens finely chop, mix with cottage cheese, add salt and black pepper. Chicken fillet dismantle the fibers. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
5. The circle of dough, sprinkle semolina (this is necessary to keep the dough from soaking). Spread on the surface of the dough cheese with herbs, then chicken and sprinkle with grated cheese.
6. Bake in a heated to 200градС the oven for 20-25minutes until Golden color.
