Warm salad of white beans



— 250 grams of white beans
— green onion
— Lettuce leaf
— Olives
— Parsley 50 grams
— Olive oil 150 ml
— Lemon 1 piece
— black pepper

Soak beans overnight, drain in the morning. Fill the beans fresh, cold water, put on high heat, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for 35-40 minutes. Cooked beans in a colander and thrown back cool. The broth is maintained.
