Simplest and fairly budget fish cake
I love pies with fish filling (with red and fish, of course), even with canned.
Ingredients for the dough:
● kefir 1 st.,
● raw egg 1 piece,
● 1 tbsp flour,
● soda ½ tsp
● canned fish 1 b.,
● boiled eggs 2 pieces,
● any greens, cheese 50 g.
We begin with the preparation of the dough. Mix all the ingredients and pour into a greased form.
Separate the fish from the oil and knead it with a fork. We add finely chopped eggs and greens. We rub the cheese on a small grater.
Fill the filling into a mold, trying to leave a loose thin strip of dough at the side.
The form is put in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes. We get the almost ready cake and sprinkle it with cheese, then again we send it to the oven for 5 minutes.
The pie is ready. It is delicious both in warm and cold. In the photo there are already leftovers, which they managed to get to work — for breakfast …
