Smoothies with celery, banana and carrots — healthful and low-calorie drink

It is full due to the presence of a banana. Such a cocktail can safely replace dinner, depriving the body of carbohydrates, but enriched with cellulose and vitamins.

For its preparation, store the following products:

celery — 2 stems;

carrots — 2 pieces of medium size;

banana — 1 piece;

yogurt or kefir (preferably with bifidobacteria) — 1 tbsp. a spoon;

honey — 1 teaspoon;

cinnamon — 0.5 teaspoon;

parsley — 1 bunch;

water — 0.5 cups

Cooking process For smoothies, you can use both leaves and stalks of celery. Banana try to choose the overripe — it will give the drink a special taste. Put a little celery in a celery blender, carrots and a banana. Then send kefir or yogurt, honey and parsley. Season the future cocktail with cinnamon. Whisk all the products in the blender until smooth.

Of all these ingredients, 2 large portions of a delicious, nutritious beverage will be obtained.
