Ingredients:

Minced meat 400 g
Potatoes 2 pcs.
Egg chicken 1 pc
Onion 2 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Greens to taste
Bay leaf to taste
Olive oil 3 tbsp. Spoons
Salt, black pepper to taste

Fitness Soup with meatballs

Preparation:

1. First make the meatballs. To do this, rub onion on a shallow grater, beat the egg and finely chop the greens. Mix all this with minced meat, salt and mold from this mixture small balls.
2. Boil the meatballs for 2-3 minutes, and then drain the water — so that the broth is clean and transparent. Pour the meatballs 1 liter of boiled water, add finely chopped potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Cut the carrots with a straw, chop onion cubes and fry the vegetables in olive oil, then add to the soup, after which simmer for another 5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle the soup with finely chopped greens before serving.
