Squash muffins

On 100gramm — 129.23 kcal

Ingredients:
300 g of zucchini
250 g whole wheat flour (may substitute milled oats)
200 ml of skim milk
1 egg
2 teaspoons of baking powder
cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves
olive oil

Preparation:
1. Sift the flour with salt, baking powder and spices, add the stevia and mix well the dry ingredients with a whisk.
2. In another bowl, lightly stir the egg, add milk and a drop of olive oil, mix well.
3. Zucchini clean, grate on a fine grater. Add in the «liquid» part and mix well.
4. Pour the liquid portion into the dry and quickly and gently combine, do not too zealous on the part of the kneading.
5. Pour into forms. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
